NAK supported students performance updates - 2022

Education is the pillar on which the progress of our society and country will rest and it should be accessible to all. The NAK team strives hard to improve the prospects of underprivileged children through education. The volunteers identify the students who struggle to afford to pay the fees and assist them with complete or partial funding.

We have nurtured quite a few brainboxes in the recent past, and here are a few of whom we are extremely proud of. These students rose above their challenges to build a better future for themselves and their families.

1. Darshan K: He is currently pursuing his engineering in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. Darshan approached NAK to support his fee for the sixth and seventh semesters. Our team visited his house to understand his financial situation. His aspirations and willingness to work hard and learn more encouraged us to support his education. Today, Darshan has been selected for the international student exchange program with Houston community college.

2. Shravanika Hangal: NAK has supported her with the school fee. Shravanika secured a distinction in her 10th standard board exams. She has also been honored by Sri Adichunchanagiri Education Trust. Currently, she is pursuing a diploma in Electrical and Electronics.

3. Abhinaya: She is an engineering student and has secured a CGPA of 9.3 and 9.26 in the third and fourth-semester exams respectively.

4. Mithila Sutar: She is pursuing a degree in engineering and has secured a CGPA of 8.8 in the sixth-semester exams.

5. Swathi Pola: She completed her MBA while tutoring students in the neighbourhood. She has secured a CGPA of 8.81 and has also got a placement offer from a renowned MNC.

6. Keerthi Ballari: She has cleared her 2nd PUC with distinction.
